We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive patient engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a solid background in healthcare marketing and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and external partners for marketing activities.
Manage print advertising, outdoor advertising, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
Organise health camps, exhibitions, conferences, and community outreach programmes.
Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.




Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–8+ years of experience in offline/traditional marketing.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Experience managing events, branding activities, and vendor relationships.

Salary

Based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate
Healthcare or hospital marketing experience is an advantage.
Willing to travel for events and marketing activities.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
