We are hiring a proactive IT HR Recruiter with positive knowledge of IT roles and technologies, even as a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for IT roles via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and assess candidate technical compatibility
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews
Understand and interpret job descriptions for roles like Java Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps, etc.
Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to hiring managers
