Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning
Support
development of annual sales operating plan (AOP) in alignment with
organizational objectives.
Drive
channel-wise business planning by deep-diving into productivity metrics,
geographies, and customer segments.
Evaluate
and support distribution expansion models, white spaces, and chance
assessments.
Performance & Business Analytics
Develop
and manage dashboards to track performance across key sales KPIs including
activation, persistency, productivity, and premium achievement.
Provide
timely business insights to channel heads and sales teams, enabling agile
decision-making.
Track
and report performance against AOP, highlight gaps, and drive review
governance at zonal and national levels.
Channel Strategy & Enablement
Anchor
initiatives to improve channel effectiveness – including segmentation,
incentive analytics, sales enablers, and digital adoption.
Support
strategic transformation programs such as recent business onboarding
journeys, advisor lifecycle interventions, and CRM-led sales enablement.




Sales Governance & Leadership Reviews
Prepare
business review decks and strategic updates for Distribution Leadership
Team, CEO forum, and governance councils.
Own
the execution cadence for key projects – tracking milestones, risks, and
field alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner
closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Products, IT, Training,
Compliance & Legal. to ensure integrated strategy execution.
Act
as a key liaison between the field and central strategy team – ensuring
alignment, feedback loops, and field adoption of key interventions.
Sales Incentives & Recognition Support
Work
with Rewards and Distribution HR to support incentive analytics, contest
structures, and recognition programs across levels.
Monitor
effectiveness and ROI of recognition initiatives and refine based on
feedback.
