Currently we are looking for Workday HCM Functional Consultants to be based in Bangalore.
Serve as a system administrator for Workday Core
HCM, Security and Reporting Designing, development, testing and
deployment of Core HCM, Business Process configurations, Security and
Reporting.
Experience in designing and developing
complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and
support.
Provide support to functional owners and
end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues.




Partner with internal team members to
develop long-term scalable solutions that help improve HR processes and
streamline user experience.
Create and maintain documentation on
Functional Design Documents, and other materials.
Implement testing to meet business
requirements - perform system testing, and handle User Acceptance testing
securing sign-off.
Deliver training and create training
materials as needed.

Requirements
4 + years of advanced experience in Workday
Functional Design and configuration development.
Workday Certification in Core HCM preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of Core HCM,
Business Process Configuration. Security Administration and Reporting
Valuable working knowledge of Core and
Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time
Tracking and Absence Management.
