We are looking for A Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business needs. The role involves stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and driving efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with interview panels for technical and managerial interviews.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.




Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment drives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and robust employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Requirements
Strong experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring setting
Strong organizational and reporting skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
