We are looking for an experienced Molding Machine Operator to join our toy manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 1.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience operating plastic injection molding machines and ensuring smooth production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
Set up machines and adjust process parameters as per production requirements.
Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks.
Inspect molded components for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Change molds and assist in machine setup whenever required.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Required Qualifications
1.5–4 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in toy manufacturing, plastic products, automotive, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
Knowledge of molding processes, machine settings, and quality inspection techniques.
Ability to identify and resolve basic machine and process issues.
Familiarity with production documentation and safety procedures.
ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
Working Hours & Shift
Rotational Shifts
12-hour working shifts as per the production schedule.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
