We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our team and work with students in Grade 1 and 2.
The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to engage actively in the learning process.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing additional support or enrichment activities as necessary.
Assess student progress regularly through various assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.




Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to foster a cohesive and supportive educational community.
Engage in ongoing career development prospects to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices in education.
Participate in faculty meetings, career development workshops, and school events as required.

Requirements
Required Qualifications - D.Ed.

Required Skills - Classroom management,lesson planning, problem solving, communication.​
