are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical project manager to manage our
product development in India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will
be responsible for managing the delivery of our product development and
support, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role
requires solid project management skills, excellent communication abilities,
and a deep understanding of software development processes with SAAS products.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple
teams working on different projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines
and deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and




translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.
Implement and uphold Agile
methodologies, facilitating regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and
retrospectives.
Prepare project costing,
budgeting, and estimation.
Create and maintain
project scorecards for management.
Technical Expertise:
Ensure adherence to coding
guidelines and best practices for the development team.
Possess strong experience
with .Net Core development, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies.
Have a solid understanding
of relational database design and construction, including SQL and stored
procedures.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership,
mentoring, and training to team members, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement.
Responsible for hiring,
training, and coaching current team members in collaboration with HR.
Identify, track, and
resolve project issues and risks proactively.
Communication and Reporting:
