We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should have solid coding abilities, excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and proven leadership experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation, and bug-fixing of scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise applications (iDeal & DM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, application security, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.




Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps automation.
Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into Java-based applications when required.
