passionate BD Manager to set the sales team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track

record in SaaS or ERP sales to lead and grow our HRMS product line. This role requires a

strategic mindset, robust client engagement skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales

processes.

Key Responsibilities:

â Identify and pursue current business opportunities in the HRTech/SaaS domain.

â Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry

networking.

â Understand client HRMS/ERP needs and present tailored product demonstrations.

â Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.





â Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Implementation) to ensure

customer success.

â Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

â Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM

system.

Requirements:

â Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

â Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS/ERP sales, preferably with exposure to HRMS

or HCM products.

â Robust understanding of the B2B sales process with a proactive sales approach.

â Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

â Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

â Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

â Willingness to travel to meet the customer location.

Nice to Have:

â Experience selling to HR departments or CXO-level stakeholders.
