Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid delivery experience in Retail or E-Commerce technology environments. This role requires hands-on project leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and robust domain expertise to manage complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of Retail/E-Commerce technology projects.
Define project scope, timelines, delivery milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and escalation workflows are properly maintained.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, product, design, and business teams.




Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Ensure alignment across all teams for smooth execution.

Stakeholder Management
Communicate project updates, dashboards, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders and global teams.
Ensure project objectives remain aligned with business goals and KPIs.

Process & Governance
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and compliance materials.
Drive adherence to SDLC, Agile, and governance standards.
Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and delivery metrics.

Technical Orientation
Have a solid understanding of Retail/E-Commerce systems, integrations, data flows, and architecture basics.
Support discussions involving API workflows, system dependencies, and technology impacts.
