Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery (MS/DM/DTM/MCh) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical center.
Proven expertise in tracheotomy, spinal surgery, brain tumor resection, and spinal tumor surgery.
Demonstrated proficiency in micro-neurosurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, and neuromuscular surgery.
In-depth knowledge of hydrocephalus management, including shunt systems and ETV.
Experience in spine fixation techniques and trauma-related spinal interventions.
Solid understanding of intracranial hemorrhage management and emergency neurosurgical protocols.
Competency in peripheral nerve surgery, including nerve decompression and reconstruction.
Excellent decision-making, technical dexterity, and ability to work under pressure in critical care settings.
Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
