About The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to handle inbound sales for the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert inbound inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries from the US and UK markets.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and virtual sales meetings.
Present product solutions and address customer queries effectively.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.




Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Inbound B2B Sales or International Sales.
Experience handling customers from the US and/or UK markets.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience conducting product demos and virtual client meetings.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
