Must have:
Education: Bachelor electrical/electronic engineering. Master’s degree in engineering or MBA would be added advantage
15+ years’ experience in electronics Procurement / Sourcing / component engineering / Electronics hardware design / Electronics industrial engineering.
Knowledge of mechanical part manufacturing (molding, stamping) & printed/packing parts would be added advantage
Experience in sourcing of electronic/electrical parts, product cost management, reverse auction, should costing & VA/VE activities
Experienced working with cross functional teams

Positive to have:
Knowledge of outsourcing design, co-development, brand labelling & software purchasing
Knowledge of purchasing legal agreements

Soft skills:
Fluent in English and multi-cultural experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possesses valuable interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and high-matrix organization structure
Flair for making decision with 70% of information
