We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Developer with 3–5 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, and Python Django. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications and scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python Django.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on development experience.




Solid proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
Proficient in Python Django for building backend APIs and web applications.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Robust knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies.
Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
