We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Specialist with a solid focus on Microsoft Power BI to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into visually appealing, interactive, and insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and impactful visualizations.
Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to optimize report performance.
Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to BI best practices.
Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting support as required.




Optimize and enhance the usability, scalability, and performance of dashboards.
Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure adoption of Power BI solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards (mandatory).
Robust proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (publishing, sharing, and managing reports).
Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL preferred).
Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and present insights effectively.
Strong understanding of data visualisation best practices and storytelling through dashboards.
Positive communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
