Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve performance targets.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Track and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives and performance.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills.
Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of recent team members.
