Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of backend applications using Python.
Build and optimize data-driven applications with PostgreSQL.
Develop REST APIs and microservices for enterprise integrations.
Support OSS/BSS platforms, network automation, and service provisioning.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and high availability.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and schema design.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQLAlchemy/Django ORM, Git, and CI/CD.
Telecom domain experience in OSS/BSS, Order Management,



Service Provisioning, or Billing Systems.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
Experience with Network Inventory, Service Orchestration, 5G, Fiber, or Broadband systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ETL Pipelines, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹642,199.67 - ₹2,029,701.68 per year
