Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales of saddles, supplements, barn equipment, etc., through prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow a loyal customer base of horse owners, trainers, and facilities.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of all products (features, perks) and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including product awareness and promoting special offers.
Service & Support: Perform routine checks, organize equipment, and report/handle minor repairs or replacements for sold items.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry changes.
Collaboration:



Work with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Sales Acumen: Negotiation, lead generation, closing techniques, and territory management.
Equine Industry Knowledge: Understanding horse breeds, care, tack, and common owner needs is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
