Job Description -

Attendance Management:
Monitor and manage employee attendance through an automated system.
Address and resolve attendance-related queries from employees.
Generate regular reports on attendance patterns and trends.

Payroll Processing:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deductions.
Handle payroll discrepancies and rectify errors promptly.
Generate payroll reports for management review.
Attendance Management, Payroll Processing, HRMS, Recruitment, Operations & MISHRMS

Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRMS
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRMS.
Provide training and support to employees on HRMS usage.
Streamline and improve
HR processes for efficiency.
Monitor compliance




with company policies and labour laws.
Handle employee
relations issues and conflicts.
Administer employee
advantages and address related inquiries.

MIS (Management
Information System):
Generate and analyse
HR-related reports for decision-making.
Prepare regular MIS
reports for management review.
Track and report key
HR metrics.
Continuously evaluate and recommend system improvements.

Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source and screen candidates through various channels.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.

Requirements
Any Graduate
Experience Required - 5+ Year
Knowledge of HRMS
Work flow Operations
Positive Knowledge of Payroll Processing

Positive & Self-Motivated
