Job Overview:

The Relationship Manager for Wealth Management (HNI) will be
responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNI),
providing them with comprehensive financial advice, solutions, and services
tailored to their specific needs. This role requires an individual with solid
relationship-building skills, extensive knowledge of wealth management products
and services, and the ability to offer personalized investment strategies and
solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client
Relationship Management:
Develop
and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and
prospective HNI clients.
Regularly
meet clients to understand their financial goals, objectives, and risk
tolerance.
Serve
as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional
customer service and personalized solutions.
Ensure
high levels of client satisfaction and retention through continuous
engagement and timely follow-ups.

Financial
Advisory & Planning:
Provide
bespoke financial planning and advisory services to HNI clients,
including investment,



estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement
planning.
Advise
clients on a wide range of wealth management products including equities,
fixed income, alternative investments, mutual funds, insurance, and more.
Regularly
review and assess client portfolios, providing tailored investment
strategies to align with their evolving financial goals.

Investment
& Portfolio Management:
Monitor
and analyze clients' portfolios to ensure they align with their financial
objectives.
Recommend
appropriate investment opportunities and adjustments based on market
trends, economic factors, and individual preferences.
Collaborate
with internal teams (research, trading, product specialists) to provide
clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Business
Development & Acquisition:
Identify
current business prospects within the HNI segment through networking,
referrals, and other channels.
Proactively
seek to expan
