Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day import logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all import-related activities.
Maintain and update all import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, Bill of Lading, etc.) in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange bookings, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with import customs regulations, Incoterms, and import control laws, while proactively addressing any changes in regulatory requirements.
Oversee and verify import shipping documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and uninterrupted cargo movement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to facilitate seamless import operations and resolve shipment-related issues.
