Roles and Responsibilities
Direct and co-ordinate daily operation of the plant.
Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance. To maintain strict discipline in the plant
Develop process to increase productivity and performance.
To ensure maximum utilization of manpower & machinery
To ensure proper Housekeeping & Hygiene of plant.
To ensure proper security of plant.
To ensure proper maintenance of setting, health and safety related features.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
To screen, interview and manage the process of current hires.
To ensure proper plant Maintenance. To monitor equipment & utilities and ensure that they are maintained.




Implementation of quality system and complying norms of regulatory authorities.
To develop plan for cost saving and implementation.
Administering the functions related to current projects.
To ensure proper yield of products.
To ensure proper training to all employee. 16. Liasioning and compliances.
Maintaining proper dress code with washing records.
Human resources profiles management.
Leave management with over time records. 20. MIS and communication to HO.
Responsible for Canteen operation.
Leave applications and holidays management.
Responsible for day to day work and reporting to Management.
Responsible for other works which is allocated by Management
