Assist individuals with daily living activities such as feeding, grooming, hygiene, and mobility (as required).
Supervise students/residents to ensure safety and proper behavior.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, common areas, and personal spaces.
Support teachers, nurses, or supervisors during daily routines, therapy sessions, or activities.
Help with meal preparation, serving food, and ensuring proper nutrition practices.
Monitor and report any unusual behavior, health concerns, or safety issues.
Provide emotional support and maintain a caring, positive workplace.
Assist in transporting individuals within the facility when needed.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and caregiving protocols.

Requirements
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (versatile based on organization).
Prior caregiving or support staff experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to assist with physical tasks and handle basic caregiving duties.
Valuable communication skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.
Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and child/elder care practices.
