Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
Lead and manage multiple BIM projects from initiation to delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor BIM modelers, coordinators, and engineers.




Allocate resources efficiently based on workload and skill sets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Conduct client reviews, presentations, and status update meetings.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high quality BIM outputs.

Technical Expertise
Oversee BIM execution using tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, etc.
Review BIM models for accuracy, coordination, and compliance with standards.
Lead clash detection, coordination meetings, and problem resolution sessions.
Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and QA/QC processes.

Process and Quality Control
Maintain and enforce project standards, workflows, and documentation.
