About Incubation Program and Impulse – CSRB’s Flagship Social Entrepreneurship Event

PrISE stands for Promotion and Incubation of Social Enterprises. This flagship program supports early-stage social entrepreneurs working on cutting-edge, scalable, and impact-driven solutions to social and environmental challenges. PrISE provides mentoring, capacity-building sessions, networking, and access to funding opportunities to strengthen the startup’s business and impact readiness.

Impulse is Bala Vikasa CSRB’s flagship annual summit that brings together social entrepreneurs, ecosystem enablers, policymakers, funders/impact investors, corporates, and academia to celebrate, collaborate, and co-create solutions for India’s pressing social challenges. Impulse is not just an event — it’s a movement to amplify the voices of changemakers and strengthen the social enterprise ecosystem.

Role Overview

As Assistant Manager – Incubation and Impulse, you will lead the incubation building for social enterprises and end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the flagship event. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, speakers, and vendors to deliver a high-impact, well-curated,



and professionally managed convening that strengthens CSRB’s thought leadership in social entrepreneurship.

Lead incubation and capacity building for social enterprises
Anchor Impulse (flagship summit) for ecosystem building
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive incubatee growth and investment readiness
Build and manage partner relationships (mentors, investors, corporates)
Lead planning & execution of Impulse
Mobilize sponsorships and revenue for programs
Candidate Profile:
Master’s degree in management/social entrepreneurship
Demonstrated ability in program management, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising
Solid networking and ecosystem understanding
KRAs (Expected Outcomes):
Incubatees doubling revenue
3–5 impact investment linkages facilitated
Sponsorships secured for Impulse
Impulse positioned as national-level ecosystem summit
Mandatory Skills: Business development, stakeholder/partner management, program design
Preferred Skills: Event curation, fundraising, investor networks
Trainable: Tech tools, reporting
