We are looking for a agile and customer-focused to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist visiting customers, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite and skilled attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calling:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
Customer Handling & Support:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the office.
Provide information about products/services and address customer concerns.




Guide customers through the purchasing or inquiry process.
Maintain customer records and update CRM with call details.
Sales & Follow-Ups:
Explain products/services and promote offers to potential customers.
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating advantages.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
