Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with solar projects and robust knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems at the project site.
Perform site surveys and assess technical feasibility.
Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and layouts.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at the site.
Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
Conduct quality checks during and after installation.
Prepare project reports, checklists, and documentation.
Monitor system performance and assist in O&M; (Operations & Maintenance).
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements
Education:



Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or EPC projects.
Solid knowledge of solar components (panels, inverters, charge controllers, etc.).
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and PVsyst (preferred).
Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
