About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AI Assistant – Dashboard & Data Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining business dashboards, managing data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations using AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, analytics, and modern productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update business dashboards to ensure accurate reporting.
Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple business sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and business documentation.
Analyze business data and present actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information.
Monitor dashboard performance and resolve data-related issues.
Support business operations through effective data management and reporting.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Data Management, MIS, Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
