We are seeking a passionate, creative, and child-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster inquiry-based learning, nurture curiosity, and create a joyful classroom workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons
Develop Units of Inquiry based on transdisciplinary themes
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Encourage inquiry, exploration, and concept-based learning
Observe, assess, and document student progress using formative and summative assessments
Maintain portfolios and student records as per IB standards
Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning
Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication
Participate in school events,
career development
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood / Primary preferred)
Montessori / ECCE certification is an advantage
Strong understanding of inquiry-based and experiential learning
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for early childhood development
Freshers with strong foundational knowledge may also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹15,143.56 per month
