Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue current business prospects through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
Market Research & Analysis




Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights to management for product/service positioning.
Proposal & Presentation Development
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of recent clients to delivery teams.
Billing invoice & Client Coordination
Act as the first point of contact with clients for billing and invoicing.
Ensure invoices are raised and shared as per the mutual agreement.
​Coordinate with clients to resolve billing queries and maintain transparent communication.
