Appian Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define requirements and solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Appian developers.
Design scalable and reusable components, integrations, and APIs.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Work with QA teams to define test strategies and support UAT.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Appian BPM.




Robust expertise in Appian 21.x or above versions.
Experience with Appian plug-ins, Smart Services, Appian Sites, SAIL, CDT, Records, and Process Models.
Knowledge of Appian Administration, Deployment, and Server Configurations.
Robust understanding of BPM concepts, workflow automation, and process optimization.
Experience in integration with REST, SOAP, databases, and third-party systems.
Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust leadership, communication, and client interaction skills.
