Job responsibilities
Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –
Understanding client needs and expectations
Providing theoretical and practical training in various hair courses
Team management and supervision
Daily reporting
Periodical technical evaluations of staff
Conducting hairstylist interviews
Visiting different branches for staff analysis
Coordinating with external trainers
Researching recent hair products
Resolving client issues at salon
Eligibility – Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
