We are looking for a proactive and experienced Outdoor Marketing & Hoardings Execution Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage site surveys, vendor coordination, permissions, installation, branding activities, and client servicing while ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor outdoor advertising (OOH) campaigns including hoardings, billboards, kiosks, gantries, bus shelters, and other branding activities.
Conduct site surveys and identify suitable advertising locations.
Coordinate with landlords, government authorities, and local bodies for site permissions and approvals.
Manage fabrication, printing, installation, dismantling, and maintenance of hoardings.
Supervise field teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.




Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams for campaign scheduling and execution.
Monitor campaign progress and submit execution reports with photographs.
Resolve in office issues and ensure minimal downtime of advertising displays.
Maintain records of sites, vendors, permits, and project costs.
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and property owners.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
