Job Overview
Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
Monitor the performance and efficiency of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, package units, split ACs, ventilation systems, and associated equipment.
Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Conduct routine inspections to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with HVAC maintenance standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Team Management
Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors during maintenance and repair activities.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.




Monitor team productivity and ensure quality workmanship.

Client & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with clients regarding maintenance schedules, service requests, and performance updates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Ensure timely availability of materials required for maintenance activities.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and asset registers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track maintenance KPIs, downtime reports, and service performance metrics.
Assist in budget monitoring and cost-control initiatives.
