Job Description

Analyst will be performing day to day online accounting services to clients in Australia. His/Her roles and responsibilities would include;

Ensure daily, weekly and monthly deliverable are addressed as per client requirement in Services Agreements

Responds to questions from customers and internal staff members regarding area activities.

Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reporting of departmental activity.

Troubleshoots issues and problems within assigned area, referring complex problems to more senior management.

Perform all work in accordance with established policy and procedures.

Perform any other duties as necessary to perform the roles.

Experience

Though analysts are not required to have any prior experience, candidates with experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
