Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising across Meta and Google.

Meta Ads will be the primary focus of this role. You will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and scaling campaigns that generate high-quality leads, course enrolments, job applications, and customer conversions across multiple brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
Build campaign strategies based on business goals, audience segments, and markets.
Monitor daily performance, spending, lead quality, and conversion costs.
Improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability.
Create and test different audiences, creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
Work closely with designers, content creators, product teams, and sales teams.
Ensure proper tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective action.




Prepare clear weekly reports explaining performance, problems, actions taken, and next steps.
Manage advertising budgets responsibly across multiple countries and brands.
Stay updated on Meta and Google advertising policies and platform changes.

Requirements
Solid hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
Practical experience managing Google Ads.
Proven experience generating leads or sales through paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to analyse numbers and make decisions based on data.
Robust understanding of landing-page performance and conversion optimisation.
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Ability to take complete ownership without waiting for daily instructions.
