Total Earning Potential: ₹15000 to ₹20000 (Based On Interview) + Uncapped Sales Incentives
Key Responsibilities
B2B Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients, including HR managers, school/college administrators, factory management, and corporate, social, sports event organizers.
Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct direct field visits and meetings to showcase product samples, catalogs, and custom award designs.
Understanding Client Needs: Consult with clients to understand their event schedules, budget, and design requirements to recommend the best products.
Proposal & Closing: Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales orders.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders for annual events, sports meets, recognition programs and so on.
Coordination: Work closely with our production and design team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or client management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi Or Marathi.
Relationship Building: Robust ability to connect with HR professionals, institutional heads, and corporate decision-makers.
Self-Motivated: Proactive mindset with a robust drive to hit targets and expand market presence.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within the target region for client meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
