About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Face-to-Face Fundraisers who can interact with people, spread awareness about social causes, and encourage individuals to support the organization through donations and monthly giving programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with the public professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the organization at public places, events, kiosks, malls, airports, and campaigns
Interact with people and explain the organization’s mission, projects, and impact
Inspire individuals to support social causes through donations and fundraising programs
Build positive relationships with potential donors
Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets
Maintain proper donor data and reporting
Ensure ethical and skilled communication at all times




Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding campaign updates
Participate in training sessions and promotional activities

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with a positive attitude
Ability to work in field locations and public settings
Positive teamwork and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Experience
Experience in sales, marketing, customer interaction, or fundraising will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
