Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM CMDB skilled with 8+ years of ITSM/ITOM experience and robust expertise in CMDB management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and cloud/infrastructure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions. • Configure and manage CMDB health dashboards, data certification, and governance processes. • Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Discovery. • Develop and maintain Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB Data Manager policies. • Analyze and resolve CMDB data quality issues, duplicate records, and reconciliation challenges. • Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party applications. • Develop custom workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations. • Perform impact analysis and relationship mapping between Configuration Items (CIs). • Collaborate with infrastructure, application,



and operations teams to ensure CMDB accuracy. • Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and ITOM enhancements. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice recommendations.

Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of: • JavaScript • Glide APIs • Business Rules • Script Includes • Flow Designer • IntegrationHub • REST/SOAP APIs Experience integrating monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCCM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, SCOM, etc. Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB)

Other Requirements
Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
Servicenow Certified System Administrator (Optional But Valuable)
