Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize marketplace accounts across Germany and Europe (Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Otto, etc.)
Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, promotions, and performance marketing
Oversee product listings, content quality, SEO, and catalog optimization
Monitor sales performance, competition, and market trends
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with EU marketplace regulations and policies

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces in Germany / Europe
Solid understanding of international consumer behavior and marketplace ecosystems
Experience with catalog management, performance analytics, and campaign execution
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in cross-border e-commerce and EU logistics
Knowledge of EU compliance, VAT, and marketplace policies
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
