Job Title: Accounts & Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
The Accounts & Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, procurement of materials, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial and purchase records. The role requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requisitions and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing where required.
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and inventory-related documents.
Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software.
Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts.
Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.




Coordinate with the Accounts, Operations, and Stores teams for procurement and payment processes.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounts and purchase functions.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally or Zoho Books).
Valuable communication and vendor management skills.
