Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
Briefly explain various educational programs, courses, and admission processes.
Understand student requirements and schedule counseling sessions with academic advisors.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the system/CRM.
Build positive relationships with candidates through polite and persuasive communication.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada (knowing additional languages like Hindi or Telugu is a plus).
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in the education sector is an advantage).
