Job Description

We are looking for a Field Officer to manage in office operations, supervise manpower, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day field operations and site coordination
Supervise manpower and ensure proper deployment
Maintain client relationships and resolve in office issues
Monitor attendance, reporting, and compliance
Ensure service quality as per company standards
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience (facility management preferred)
Ability to communicate in Hindi preferred
Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate
Valid two-wheeler driving license required
