Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Executive to manage and support day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role involves handling data management, coordination, and system-based reporting to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and update data in the Bandhan App, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

· Maintain visitor records, visiting cards, and brochure databases systematically.

· Monitor and manage sample dispatch records, ensuring proper tracking and coordination.

· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

· Handle order punching and maintain documentation in the SFA system.





· Manage and operate the IndiaMART portal efficiently, including inquiries and updates.

· Perform additional tasks related to the role as assigned from time to time.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Valuable organizational and coordination skills

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Valuable communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles

· Familiarity with CRM/SFA tools and online portals like IndiaMART is an advantage

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
