Sr Specialist - Infrastructure & Implementation Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Infrastructure & Implementation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration, networking, and customer deployment activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing server infrastructure, supporting product deployments in customer settings, troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues, and coordinating with internal and customer teams during implementation and support phases.

Job Description:

Technical Skills Required:
Robust expertise in administering and troubleshooting Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Amazon Linux) in production environments.
Proficient in linux command-line operations, including file system management, process monitoring, package management.
Experience in Apache Tomcat, Nginx/Apache HTTPD
Experience in Networking basics (DNS, ports, firewall, SSL, load balancer)
Experience installing and configuring different application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, and WebLogic




Experience in tool like WinSCP, PuTTY, Nginx, Apache, Monitoring Tools
Experience in scripting using Bash or PowerShell
Basic DB skills on setup and configuration of MySQL and MSSQL databases.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers, Security Groups, and IAM.
Experience with SSO technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and Active Directory integrations.
Understanding of monitoring and observability tools, backup strategies, and security best practices

General Skills Required:
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage implementation activities.
Willingness to support critical deployments and production environments when required.

Experience and Qualifications:
3 - 5 Years of Experience
BE / BTech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT
