Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
Handle appointment bookings and customer inquiries.
Supervise and coordinate salon staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon standards.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Assist in achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in a Ladies Salon is preferred.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Basic knowledge of salon software and billing is an advantage.
Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)Immediate Joiners Preferred.
