Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels.
Explain project details, pricing, and key features to potential customers.
Qualify leads and identify customer requirements and preferences.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested prospects.
Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding projects.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and customer feedback.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience during all interactions.
Generate referrals and repeat business through effective relationship management.
