We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Hospital Operations) to oversee the hospital's day-to-day administration, operational efficiency, infrastructure, and workforce management.

Please do not apply unless you have prior experience in hospital administration. Applications from other sectors will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
Supervise hospital infrastructure, facilities, and support services.
Develop and implement productive operational policies and procedures.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nurses, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient records and hospital data.
Monitor budgets and recommend cost-effective operational improvements.
Plan and implement short, medium,



and long-term operational goals.
Manage and coordinate Critical Care Units during emergency situations.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospital Administrator, Hospital In-Charge, Deputy Manager, or Healthcare Administration Manager.
Sound knowledge of hospital operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
Knowledge of medical record management and hospital compliance procedures.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Salary will be finalized based on experience and qualifications.)
