Job Roles & Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
Inspect powder coating quality, coating thickness, and surface finish as per standards.
Handle inspection instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Coating Thickness Gauge.
Ensure proper material identification, handling, and traceability.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records accurately.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
Read engineering drawings and verify product dimensions and specifications.
Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures while working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
